Shaham Naufer
Shaham Naufer is a Technical salesperson and regional manager specialized in hospitality tech background with many years of industry experience. He joined HotelTime Solutions more than 4 years ago. HotelTime offers state of the art, cloud-based solutions to the hospitality industry with an emphasis on providing excellent customer service. Our cloud-based systems are currently running in more than 600 hotels and restaurants in more than 20 countries world-wide.
Marlon Jayawardena
Marlon Jayawardena is the Chief Operating Officer of the One Group of Hotels and its parent company – Crystal Property Group (CPG).
CPG is a luxury property developer which is focused solely on leisure-based projects and is the first Sri Lankan company operating a “Resort Residence” model. This model allows investors to purchase a fully-serviced holiday home, enjoy it when they choose and hand it over to be operated as part of resort when they are not using it.
The brand under which all CPG properties are managed is “The One Group of Hotels”. The group currently operates two hotels of their own plus two boutique properties on behalf of the owners, with a total of 92 keys under management.
Javed Bongso
With a career in the industry since 2015, Javed is a seasoned professional with diverse expertise. From shaping travel experiences at a Travel agency to contributing to the growth of a hotel chain and spending five impactful years at Booking.com, he now serves as the Sales Manager for The Hotels Network (THN).
In this role as a Sales Manager, Javed is essential in introducing and expanding THN in key markets such as Sri Lanka, the Maldives, and India. His strategic acumen, coupled with a passion for transformative technologies, defines him as a forward-thinking professional ready to navigate the dynamic challenges of the ever-evolving hospitality industry.
